How much do you charge for Delivery?
The shipping cost depends on the district or province where the customer is located.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once the purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking guide.
From this moment on, I-RUN will deliver to the address registered in the order within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery area.
It is important to consider the following points related to your delivery:
- Deliveries will be made on working days, except public holidays.
- The delivery time starts from the time you receive your notification with the shipping guide of your order.
- Our Courier will deliver the package to the holder of the purchase, in case another person receives it must show the photo or copy of the holder's ID.
