I-RUN SPORT S.A.C., hereinafter “THE COMPANY”, identified with RUC N° 20562829041, establishes the following “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, in order to regulate the rules of conduct that You, hereinafter “THE CLIENT”, must follow when making

PRELIMINARY CONSIDERATIONS

  • THE COMPANY declares that all transactions carried out on the WEBSITE are subject to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as to current Peruvian legislation.
  • The acceptance of a purchase on the WEBSITE implies the acceptance of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS by THE CUSTOMER.
  • THE CUSTOMER who does not agree with the terms mentioned herein must refrain from making a purchase on the WEBSITE.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • THE COMPANY may modify these TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the WEBSITE at any time. However, such modification will be duly informed to THE CLIENT within a minimum period of five (5) calendar days before its implementation.
  • The means of payment that can be used for purchases on the WEBSITE are:
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners Club credit or debit cards.
  • Deposit and/or Bank Transfers
 
  1.  The aspects related to the operation of the credit or debit cards accepted on the WEBSITE are subject to the existing contract between THE CLIENT and the bank issuing their credit or debit card, without THE COMPANY having any responsibility for the aspects indicated in said contracts. Regarding the refund of money, THE CLIENT must refer to the provisions of the EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES of the WEBSITE.
  2. The prices of the products displayed on the WEBSITE are exclusive for purchases made on such site and are not applicable to transactions made in other stores of the brand owned by THE COMPANY. Likewise, the prices and services displayed in other stores of the BRAND do not apply to transactions carried out on the WEBSITE, unless this is expressly indicated on the WEBSITE.
  3. The prices of the products listed on the WEBSITE are in national currency, Soles (S/). All Proof of Payment shall be issued in such currency.
  4. Purchases made on the WEBSITE are subject to stock availability.
  5. Any conditions for the exchange or return of the products will be governed by the provisions of the EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES, and THE CUSTOMER is obliged to read such document.
  6. THE CLIENT declares to have read and accepted the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and is in full agreement and agreement with them.
  7. THE COMPANY reserves the right to request additional documents and/or data in order to corroborate personal and shipping data, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend any CLIENT whose data could not be confirmed.
  8. Under no circumstances will THE COMPANY be liable for the improper use that THE CLIENT may make of THE WEBSITE or the products purchased.
  9. THE COMPANY hereby acknowledges and undertakes to take all security measures to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of all transactions carried out on the WEBSITE. However, THE WEBSITE is not infallible, therefore, THE WEBSITE could be affected by events related to fortuitous harassment or force majeure or intrusions by third parties to the extent that computer measures and countermeasures progress. In these cases, THE COMPANY will try to restore THE WEBSITE as quickly as possible, without any type of liability being attributed to it.
