Shipping Policies

The shipping of the products has a cost, which varies according to the selected shipping company, the city, the type of service, among others. Likewise, the dimensions and weights of the products will determine the final cost of shipping. I-RUN assumes no responsibility if the shipping cost calculation varies without prior notice. For orders whose shipment is payable, any responsibility in the calculation of the cost of the service is excluded, which for all purposes is only referential.

The shipping of the order will be free for purchases greater than S/159, in purchases equal to or less than S/159 shipping will be added according to the aspects mentioned above.

Warranty Policies

I-RUN guarantees the correct condition of all products marketed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If the product presents any fault within the first 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, it may be claimed directly to our support, along with the receipt or invoice. Once the fault has been evaluated and verified, the product may be replaced by a new one, depending on the available stock.

Exchanges and Returns

In accordance with current legal regulations, the customer may request the return or exchange of a product, as long as it presents quality defects, manufacturing defects or there are errors in the description of the product. It is necessary to clarify that exchanges or returns do not apply in the event that the product is not to the customer’s liking or has not been compatible.

To apply for the exchange or return of a product, it must be requested within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product, in addition the following conditions must be met:

The product may NOT be used.

The product MUST include all of its unused accessories.

For products returned under warranty, in the first instance a report will be made, in which it will be validated that the product has not been misused and that the failure is attributable to the product, if so the warranty may be applied.

In the event that the product does not present the fault described by the customer or in its absence it is proven that there was a bad handling of it, the warranty will not apply and the customer may be charged the respective costs for revision, storage and/or transportation. These costs will be informed in advance once the product is received.
